  • Service Not Initiated: A full refund (minus any transaction processing fees) is only applicable if the request is made before any professional work or consultation has commenced.
  • Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment or invoice date.
  • In-Progress Services: Once the client provides the necessary documents and our team initiates the filing, auditing, or advisory process, the service is considered "In-Progress" and is no longer eligible for a full refund.


2. Non-Refundable Service Fees & Expenses

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Government & Statutory Fees: Any payments made toward government taxes, MCA filing fees, GST portal fees, or Stamp Duty are non-refundable as these are paid directly to the government departments.
  • Fully Rendered Services: No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully completed, filed, or where an audit report has been issued.
  • Professional Deliverables: Digital tax computations, signed audit reports, or formal advice documents once shared with the client are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service request within 24 hours of payment, provided that Perfect Balance has not yet started the professional processing or application. After this window, the terms of the Refund Policy will apply.
